3 Cans whole kernel corn - or corn from your garden!
1/2 C. celery chopped fine
1/2 C. onion chopped fine
1 green pepper chopped fine (sometimes I substitute this for a red pepper just to add more color)
1/2 C. Mayonnaise
1 TBSP sweet pickle relish
Combine and refrigerate until you are ready to eat!
